Returns & Refund Policy
If you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering.
When you purchase fresh flowers from Storybook Floral, they will be delivered in their most perfect state at the ideal moment to enjoy them. As the purchaser, you understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be made due to improper flower care or sender’s inability to coordinate delivery.
It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is away (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender. We do not call ahead to ensure someone is home, as to not spoil surprises. Please remember that it is up to you to coordinate flowers being received in person. We do not deliver by appointment.
Flowers are a perishable items, however we are able to work with you to provide the best experience. Issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery — if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and phone number and we will call the next business day.
Flowers require care. Please understand that it is the recipient’s responsibility to water the arrangement immediately upon delivery and each day thereafter. We are known for our expertise in flower care as to ensure a long vase life. However, conditions in the recipient’s environment or neglectful care may spoil the blooms, and Storybook Floral is not responsible for the longevity of the flowers after delivery is complete.
If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns. If you aren’t sure of your recipient’s tastes, we are more than happy to help create the perfect design! Tell us a little background and we’ll take it from there.
If no name is specified for the “card message”, will will put the name of the sender on the card with a simple “From” note.
